BREAKING: New Jersey senate passes marriage equality bill
For the first time in state history, New Jersey’s senate passed a marriage equality bill. It passed 24-16 after an hour of debate.
But this doesn’t mean the fight is over: Gov. Chris Christie has promised to veto the bill when it gets to his desk.
